Competition entry fees and costume fees are determined at the beginning of every competition year (Aug). If your dancer has made the competition team, you will receive an informational packet during the posted informational meeting.

Policies & Programs
REGISTRATION FEES - There is a registration fee of $40 per student for new and returning dancers due upon registration of class(es). Existing students: any dancers that do not maintain continuous enrollment in at least one (1) class per month will be considered a returning dancer and will pay the registration fee.
ATTENDANCE CALENDAR
The studio attendance schedule is based on twelve months equal to 48 weeks of classes each year. Four weeks of classes are canceled during the year along with National Holidays and Thanksgiving weekend. Make-ups are only offered when the holiday does not allow for 4 weeks in a given attendance calendar month. Make-ups must be completed within 3 weeks of the holiday/break (before or after). These are the weeks that students receive classes and are billed monthly. Monthly payments are due by the 1st of the calendar month but is based on the attendance calendar (4 weeks). Tuition is considered late after the 5th of the month.
TUITION PAYMENTS
All tuition payments are due on the first of the month, and are considered late after the 5th. A $40 late fee will be added to your account after the 5th of the month. There is a $25 returned check fee/charge back fee for any returned checks, NSF, closed account, credit card charge-backs, etc for payments made that cause additional fees to the studio. Please make checks payable to Infinity Dance Studio and write student’s name on the check to ensure proper and undelayed credit to your account. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE. This includes registration fee, recital fees, costume deposits, and any previously paid tuition.
MAKEUP & DROP POLICY
There is no change in tuition or discounts given for classes missed. You are responsible for tuition each month whether or not your child attends. See your instructor about makeup classes. Makeup classes must be taken within three weeks (before or after). Infinity Dance Studio must be notified, in writing, two weeks prior to the 1st of the month of the intent to drop classes or full tuition will be charged for that month. We are holding a place in class for your dancer until notified. To drop your child from class, please fill out a DROP NOTICE FORM found at the front desk in the studio or Email us at [email protected] as soon as possible to ensure your account is properly noted. Please do not tell the instructor, they do not have the authority to process drops. Voicemails are not acceptable. ALL DROP REQUESTS MUST BE IN WRITING. There is no refund of tuition if student drops during the month. Students who miss four (4) consecutive classes will be dropped from the class(s), but will be responsible for payment of the month missed. Students must remain registered in order to participate in our annual recital. While you may drop at any time, we do not accept one or two-month "convenience" drops unless approved by the director for special circumstances. Any drops over 2 consecutive months will require a re-registration of students including a $40.00 registration fee.
ADDING CLASS POLICY
For class adds or additions to your current schedule please call the office to confirm enrollment and tuition.

$20.00 per class (only allowed in certain classes). Students on a drop-in status are not eligible to participate in the annual recital. For further information and clarification, please speak to the Director via email at [email protected].

These fees are set annually according to the expected costs of the production. Come 5-10 minutes early to class and ready to dance. Be courteous of others that are in class and keep the noise to a minimum while in the lobby area. Bring water. No food or drinks (other than water) allowed in the dance studio. We are a small studio, the lobby area is to be used for those waiting for class or parents waiting for the child in class. Once your child’s class has ended please ensure you are clearing out as soon as possible to leave room for the next class.

At Infinity Dance Studio we realize that not all dancers are comfortable in strict dance uniforms of the same color or style. - Ballet I/II/II & Pointe – Girls are required to wear black leotards, pink tights and ballet shoes. Skirts, leg warmers, and tight fitting sweaters are ok. Hair must be secured neatly off the neck in a bun. Boys are to wear t-shirt, jazz pants, socks and ballet shoes.
- Ballet/Tap Combo – Students can wear dance attire that does not distract the student or other dancers. Ballet and tap shoes required.
- Jazz/Tap/Contemporary/Lyrical – Students should wear fitted dance attire. Hair must be pulled away from the face. No baggy clothing or jewelry. Proper dance shoes are required. No socks.
- Hip Hop – Students may wear comfortable fitted clothing and rubber soled shoes.
